MedKeep is a personal medical record wallet that lets patients carry their health history and share it with any doctor instantly.

What gets deleted

All health records and medical history
All file attachments and uploaded documents
All active sharing links (doctors lose immediate access)
All push notification tokens
Your MedKeep cloud account (Google / phone sign-in unlinked)

What we keep

Anonymised security audit entries are purged within 90 days for fraud prevention. No health records are retained.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — In the app

Recommended

Open MedKeep → Profile → scroll to Danger zone → Delete account. Your data is deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By email

Send an email to mob.dev@dqp.ph with subject 'Account deletion request' and include the email address or phone number linked to your account. We process all requests within 30 days.
